- Confidence and competence. Those are a constant challenge.

- There is no technique to replace confidence.

- The title of Arvell’s autobiography would be “Dying Empty.”
- We are all born with something. It’s not the quantity, but the quality of what we’ve done with what we’re given.
- As of right now, Arvell’s daughter would write his autobiography.
- The quote Arvell has lived by would be “touching the world like Jesus touched my life.”
